  • Data Sent for Processing: When you use MAILcolab's generative or refinement features, only the raw text content (the draft email, or a prompt) is securely transmitted to the Google Gemini API for processing.
  • No Personal Identifiers Stored or Sent: The add-in is explicitly designed to strip all personally identifiable metadata before sending content to the AI model. This includes, but is not limited to, the recipient's email address, the sender's email address, the subject line, or any header information.
  • No Data Storage by LizTec: We do not store or retain the content of the emails, drafts, or prompts sent through MAILcolab's AI features after the response is generated. The transaction is real-time and ephemeral.
  • Exception: Licensing Data: As MAILcolab is a paid SaaS service, we do store necessary licensing and authentication data (as detailed in Section 1) to validate your subscription and enforce usage limits.

5. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.
